Primary skills: Supply Chain Management (with mandatory experience in Procurement/Sourcing), MS Office, Soft Skills

Mandatory Skills:
- Possess rich experience in handling Local+Import Procurement/Sourcing with fair exposure to overall SCM processes as well.
- Expert in handling & executing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes from start till end.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their SCM challenges and needs.
- Develop and recommend strategies to optimize SCM operations, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of SCM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Hold good to advanced hands-on skills on various tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.), search engines, etc.
- Provide insights and expertise in areas like sourcing strategies, vendor management, logistics optimization and inventory control.
- Handle & analyze huge data (in MS Excel, etc.) while providing desired outcomes out of it.
- Conduct spend analysis, report potential savings and identify different savings opportunities.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders at client organizations to ensure successful project implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Possess varied soft skills like presentation, communication, etc. with a sense of responsibility & punctuality.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Meet all the targets & complete all the tasks by the given deadlines or on daily basis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in supply chain management to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Prepare & deliver presentations, workshops and training sessions to clients and internal teams.
- Able to prioritize various allotted tasks at any given point of time.
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, whitepapers and participation in industry events.
- Fulfil all other tasks (as required) assigned by Reporting Manager, Team Leader, Client, etc. from time-to-time.
